Ian Hutchings

Ian Hutchings has been cooking in restaurants since he was 16 years old. What started as a way to pay for college, blossomed into a full on obsession with cooking and the service industry. He has worked at every level of the business, from dishwasher to general manager. Over the past 10 years he has opened 4 restaurants (3 in Corvallis + 1 in Portland) as well as working as the GM of pFriem Family Brewers.

Brian Parks

Brian Parks has been in the Corvallis area since 1993. A self described plant nerd, he enrolled at OSU to study Horticulture. His love of cooking led him to enroll in the culinary school at LBCC. From there he went on to be the head chef for a variety of catering companies, including Valley Catering and Forks & Corks. In 2001, he began building Frasier Creek Farm, where the focus was on unusual and exceptional poultry and produce.
