Brian Parks Chef/Owner
Brian Parks has been in the Corvallis area since 1993. A self described plant nerd, he enrolled at OSU to study Horticulture. His love of cooking led him to enroll in the culinary school at LBCC. From there he went on to be the head chef for a variety of catering companies, including Valley Catering and Forks & Corks and serve as chef at Luc in downtown Corvallis. In addition to cooking, Brian runs Frasier Creek Farm, a small family farm focussed on unusual and exceptional poultry and produce.
